The cream is separated from fresh milk at our farm dairy before probiotic culturing to give a lighter and brighter yoghurt that is unbeatable with rich cakes and brownies.

Since BioFarm yoghurt is made right here on our family farm in the Manawatū, every batch is made with only the freshest milk. Unlike most dairy producers our milk doesn’t spend days in a vat waiting for collection and then get trucked across the country to sit in another vat before being made into the final product.
With only a 5 minute drive from cowshed to factory, towed behind a tractor, our milk can be made into BioFarm yoghurt only matter of hours after it’s collected from our small herd of relaxed and happy cows.
It doesn’t get fresher than that.
